Priests of evil: Current Joke, Benedict XV1

Yes, well doesn't he look lovely, all in his rich reds, gold trim and ermine, surely a prince among men, let us all listen with rapt attention to everything he has to say for how is it possible that such a sweetie could ever, ever, err.

Ratzinger, evil for upholding all the Catholic church's usual nasty spiel: for hatred towards gay people and the murder of millions due to sabotaging safe sex campaigns in the poorest countries.

Cardinal Pio Laghi

Evil for supporting the Military dictatorship during an ugly period of Argentina's history, being so pally, with them, as to even play tennis with one of the Junta's generals, Emilio Eduardo Massera.
Below, Bishop Richard Williamson, Society of St. Priapus, oops, St. Puss or Pius or something. Evil for Holocaust denial and we all know the whole horrendous story concerning the catholic church during that period and well, throughout all history, of course. He actually seems to exude evil, his twisted thoughts apparent on his disgusting visage.

Priests of Evil, We must bash the Bishop

Lol and Ulli

Ben Watson records Lol and Ulli for Resonance

Guess who?

Ulli Freer and Lol Coxhill, Saturday, 7 March 2009

Ulli and and Lol duet in the sole highpoint of an otherwise bleak affair at the South London Gallery - Lol having to actually leave the stage at one point as unannounced and with with so many people chattering over his playing he eventually despaired. The evening started badly with people, ticketed or not, herded and kept waiting at the entrance. Let us compare and contrast with an evening out at The Klinker, where all seated and comfy, Hugh eventually bumbles to your table to ask a mere £3,00 from us unwaged, all the while making us crack-up at some delightful nonsense or other and where we'll see world class musicians like Lol, fine poets, such as Sean Bonney and men pulling rubber gloves over their heads to boot;long may cabbage-head reign.
